FitFile
You are responsible for tracking your fitness throughout the semester and for keeping your fitness log up-to-date. Mr. Gayman's classes will maintain a fitness file folder while Mrs. Wenn's and Mrs Kowalik's classes will use a journal format in a duotang. Your FitFile is an important part of your Fitness Project. In your file, you must keep a copy of:
1. Your FitFile Profile
2. Your Fitness Testing Results
- Fitness Testing Recording Sheet
- Fitness Testing Results
3. Your SMART Goals
4. Any weight room workout routines that we complete
5. Any notes you take during health classes related to Fitness
6. Any other sheets your teacher requires you to complete
