Success Criteria
By the end of the semester, students will:
1) Complete and record results for all 9 fitness testing stations for all 3 testing sessions;
2) Complete all blog entries throughout the semester;
3) Create 1 SMART goal that address their weakest fitness area;
4) Achieve or adjust their SMART goals;
5) Achieve a level 3 on all quizzes that test understanding of fitness components and concepts;
6) Create a fitness plan to follow once the course is done.
